Clean Air Pod – Ant Farm

the Clean Air Pod is an exhibit for the exhibition „Klimakapseln“ in the MKG „Museum für Kunst und Gewerbe Hamburg“.
Curtis Schreier, an artist from San Fransisco, famous for being member of „Ant-Farm“ visited us. A group of students developed and built a model of the „Clean Air Pod“ (see video for more information). It’s a quater of a donut-shaped tube that could be used as a safe place for the human population in case of immense air pollution in the future. We built the hole thing within two weeks and we really did well. I was responsible for the projectmanagement and organized the tools and the material. I also developed the main technical construction and connected the image and the idea of the artist with a possible and practicable solution.
